It is due to the union of Carignano, Bovale and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, in the percentages 80-10-10. It is one of the most important wines of Cantina Antigori, obtained specifically from grapes coming from the innermost part of the estate. The vinification provides long maceration times to extract as much anthocyanins as possible, with a high contribution of tannins, in order to guarantee a maturation and an evolution worthy of great wines.
